About the role
- Untangle complex challenges: Whether it’s an expense approval workflow or creating data visibility, your mission is to translate business rules into intuitive interfaces and frictionless flows.
- Discovery and strategy: Go beyond the interface. You will be responsible for investigating root causes (using qualitative and quantitative data), forming hypotheses, and validating solutions before proceeding to development.
- Visual and systemic excellence: You should understand and propose evolutions for our Design System, creating high-fidelity interfaces that convey trust and modernity, and designing graphical data representations so clients can analyze their expenses.
- Business vision: Act as a partner to PMs and Engineering. You must make design decisions that are connected to the company’s key metrics.
Requirements
- SaaS: Ability to architect experiences that reduce the day-to-day operational complexity of a company’s finance team through dashboards and by integrating the company’s ecosystem journey with Conta Simples.
- B2B efficiency mindset: Understand that we design for businesses where time is money. More than speeding up tasks, your goal is to eliminate them. We aim for maximum efficiency where human intervention is the exception, not the rule. Success is measured by drastic reductions in manual work and by instant transaction completion.
- AI as default: Artificial Intelligence is not a feature — it’s our starting point. You should design solutions where AI is the engine of the experience, creating flows that are automated, predictive, and hyper-personalized from the outset. The challenge is to build interfaces where the system works proactively for the customer, anticipating needs before they arise.
- Previous experience in fintechs or complex B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with AI applied to products (automation, agents, prediction).
- Knowledge of design systems and prototyping.
