About the role

  • Investigate suspected fraud cases.
  • Analyze processes involving fraud types reported via internal or external channels.
  • Escalate technical and/or procedural issues to the responsible teams/squads.
  • Propose new controls, rules, and fraud-prevention processes to mitigate risk.
  • Identify opportunities and risks in existing products to ensure fraud risk is detected and controlled.
  • Support investigations in suspected fraud cases.
  • Monitor industry best practices for fraud prevention processes.
  • Contribute to updating operational manuals to clarify area processes and products.
  • Responsible for analyzing exceptions for TED and PIX transactions above predefined limits.

Requirements

  • Experience in Fraud Prevention.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Regulatory knowledge (MED, Resolution No. 6).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Proficient in Excel (spreadsheets, tables, analytical datasets).
  • Customer-focused.
  • Proactive and takes ownership in each situation.
  • Target- and results-oriented.
  • Knowledge of and experience with BaaS.
  • Document examination (documentoscopia).
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL).
