About the role

  • Work autonomously across the entire software development lifecycle;
  • Apply development best practices and code design principles to promote quality and maintainability of new and existing projects;
  • Define and implement solutions that meet quality requirements with autonomy;
  • Mentor and help develop other engineers;
  • Lead initiatives, definitions and alignments with other areas independently;
  • Monitor and operate production solutions (Build & Run), ensuring performance, reliability and quality;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical insights and contributing to product strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in backend development and software architecture;
  • Proficient in OOP and best practices such as SOLID, Design Patterns and Clean Code;
  • Experience with Node.js and TypeScript (or Java, Kotlin, or Go);
  • Proven professional experience in frontend development;
  • Knowledge and experience with React and React Native;
  • Solid knowledge of automated testing (Jest, Mocha, Testing Library, etc.);
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases;
  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS is a plus);
  • Experience with serverless architecture;
  • Strong understanding of communication protocols, REST APIs and integration best practices;
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the autonomy to lead initiatives and propose improvements.
