About the role

  • Continuously improve risk, credit limit, collections, and regulatory models.
  • Build and monitor the performance of solutions.
  • Establish control metrics that ensure model performance.
  • Expand monitoring of customer behavior in the context of the credit framework.
  • Develop cloud data-processing solutions to deploy models into production.
  • Actively collaborate with stakeholders — Engineering, Product, Risk, Marketing, and Credit Desk — to build the best technical solutions, always with a customer focus.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Data Scientist — minimum 2 years
  • Strong knowledge of Statistics
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases
  • Experience with predictive models for credit granting
  • Advanced SQL
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS and GCP)
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience working on projects using Agile methodologies
  • Experience with tools such as Databricks, SageMaker, and Vertex AI
  • Experience with MLOps
