About the role

  • Maintain good communication and ethical standards in the workplace
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging the exchange of knowledge and experience
  • Organize workflows using agile methodologies, proposing and improving processes to ensure a macro view of development
  • Mentor your team by creating development plans, promoting training, and providing continuous follow-up
  • Lead the understanding of new solutions, aligning and communicating with the areas involved
  • Ensure high availability of platforms by creating and evolving delivery and monitoring processes
  • Contribute to the team in implementing development best practices and code design
  • Define and document architecture for new projects and improvements to existing projects
  • Understand the overall business landscape and contribute to defining technological strategies aligned with the company's objectives

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading software engineering teams
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
  • Knowledge of software development best practices (design patterns, SOLID, clean code)
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS and serverless architecture desirable)
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts constructively
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment and project requirements
  • Experience in Growth teams (onboarding, customer activation, channels)
