About the role
- Assist with payment processes and controls
- Monitor and assist in the verification of vendor invoices
- Request payments in the internal financial system
- Monitor supplier balances
- Assist with treasury reconciliation
- Provide general support to the team
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Clear and concise communication
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Hands-on attitude with flexibility and adaptability
- Creative and eager to learn
- Knowledge of AI is a plus
