About the role
- Lead the company’s creative thinking by developing and implementing the brand’s visual identity in a consistent and impactful way.
- Serve as the creative reference for all areas of the company.
- Actively participate in brand strategy, turning challenges into creative solutions that drive the company’s effectiveness and results.
- Collaborate closely with the product design team to ensure visual cohesion and creative excellence.
- Report directly to senior leadership, presenting results and proposing continuous improvements to the creative strategy.
- Develop all advertising materials, ensuring alignment with the brand identity and the company’s marketing strategy.
- Create, design, and produce high-quality visual content, maintaining a strong level of craft and aesthetic standards.
- Conceive and execute integrated advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, print and television (when required).
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and cultural movements to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
- Maintain high standards across all creative production, continually refining and elevating your work.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, presenting creative concepts and addressing feedback constructively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in creative roles at advertising or design agencies.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising or a related field. Postgraduate studies are a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of creative projects and showcasing a high level of craft and aesthetic sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Sketch, Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Deep understanding of design principles, advertising trends and emerging technologies in the creative industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts and strategies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think strategically and creatively under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
