Lead and oversee research, evaluation, and incubation of new categories in the Marketplace
Manage strategy and operations of existing categories
Leverage AI to enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and unlock innovation opportunities
Champion adoption of AI-driven tools across the business to optimize processes and improve customer experiences
Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies and integrate AI into core operations
Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) through traditional and AI-enabled approaches
Lead cross-functional teams to identify, research, evaluate, and incubate new category opportunities
Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to increase market share, revenue, and profitability
Oversee day-to-day operations, implementing best practices in operations management, process improvement, and resource allocation
Manage the P&L for the business unit and each category; develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Use AI-powered analytics to inform decision-making, forecast trends, and identify growth opportunities
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team; drive employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in new and existing categories
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and finance to achieve business objectives
Present business performance and strategic plans to the executive team and other stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks related to operations, financial performance, and market dynamics; ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of business experience; running P&Ls in a general management capacity
Experience working in online consumer acquisition
Understanding of lead generation business models, products, and strategies
Proven track record of leading cross functional teams
Proven track record of leading and scaling a business unit/region/division, with a focus on revenue growth and operational efficiency
Strong analytical acumen and commitment to data-driven decision making
Proven experience in integrating AI solutions into business operations
Results driven: Ability to identify and understand key business drivers, set meaningful goals, track and drive progress towards results
