About the role

Translate user needs into product solutions and ensure measurable business impact
Lead a team of data engineers, software engineers, data analysts and data scientists
Drive strategic planning, road mapping, sprint management, delivery, communications and reporting
Own weekly sprint planning, monthly alignment meetings, and quarterly roadmapping
Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and stakeholder needs
Define the vision, goals, and KPIs for team products
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure clear communication of priorities, goals, and timelines
Facilitate collaboration between engineering, analytics, and business teams
Prepare and present product updates, roadmaps, and results to executives
Support executive-level cost tracking and reporting to guide budget decisions
Maintain transparency on progress, risks, and trade-offs

3-5 years experience in Product Management in the B2B Iaas or Saas space
Experience with Agile Product Management, Roadmapping & Strategic Planning, and Stakeholder alignment
Intermediate SQL experience – able to write complex queries and work with large datasets
Advanced Excel & Data Analysis experience – strong skills in pivot tables and vlookups
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment, balancing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
Independent self-starter, able to execute with minimal supervision
Data Cloud Familiarity – experience with GCP, Snowflake, and AWS S3, plus understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes
Data Modeling – familiarity with dimensional modeling, normalization, and schema design best practices
Data Analytics background – comfortable analyzing and interpreting data to inform product decisions
