Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Remote customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills (general typing, use of common software applications, and ability to navigate the internet).
- Internet Connection: at least an upload speed of 20 MBPS and a download speed of 100 MBPS.
- Distraction-Free Workplace: you will need to provide an office setting in your home.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English (must pass a fluency test).
