About the role
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed a high-volume, seven-figure sales quota within the assigned geographic territory.
- Full-Cycle Closing: Lead prospects through the entire sales journey—from aggressive cold calling and lead generation to high-stakes closing.
- Clinical Demonstrations: Perform hands-on product demonstrations, showcasing technical features, clinical efficacy, and ROI pricing models to physicians.
- Emotional Selling: Identify and leverage emotional drivers in the sales process to convert hesitant prospects into committed partners.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain deep relationships with key medical specialists, including Dermatologists, OB/GYNs, and Urologists.
- Collaborative Mentorship: Support and mentor Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) in closing complex deals and sharing regional best practices.
- Field Representation: Travel 60% of the time to physician offices, medical spas, and major industry conventions to represent the brand.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain rigorous pipeline documentation and provide weekly/quarterly reports via Salesforce.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience is REQUIRED.
- Target Backgrounds: Experience in medical capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser technology is preferred. We also highly value "high-grind" B2B backgrounds (e.g., Paychex, Cintas, Tom James, Gallo Wines).
- Proven Performance: A documented track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales quotas.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Objection Mastery: Demonstrated ability to overcome clinical and financial objections and convert them into sales.
- Aptitude: High technical and clinical aptitude; ability to retain and communicate large volumes of product data.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong multitasking ability to manage time-sensitive tasks across a large territory.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
