- Involvement is expected both in strategic governance and in the operational handling of issues through focused, proactive expertise.
Requirements

- Proven experience in performance optimization, resolving complex issues, managing hardware/software obsolescence, and leading Workplace innovation projects.
- Deep expertise with Outlook (desktop client, Web, mobile) and Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange.
- Expertise with video conferencing solutions (Cisco/Polycom) and standalone meeting-room systems (MTR, CVI).
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms.

- Ability to investigate interconnections with Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Ability to perform analysis, remediation, and proactively propose improvement opportunities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to train or support end users.
- Governance and reporting: Regular follow-up and steering meetings will be organized with the IT department (DSI) and management to prioritize topics, validate deliverables, measure progress, and adjust the roadmap based on results and needs.
- Collaboration and adaptability: Active collaboration with all stakeholders is required, as well as the ability to adapt to changes in scope, volumes, or priorities set by the IT department.
- Contract management and commitments: A fixed-price contract with commitments on results and deliverable quality is recommended, along with periodic reviews of objectives and possible adjustments.
