Plan, execute, and optimize paid search (Google Ads, Bing) and paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta).
Analyze performance across channels to identify trends and allocate budgets effectively.
Experiment with ad formats, audiences, and copy to improve CTRs and conversions.
Partner with designers to create visuals and video assets that enhance performance
Build and optimize landing pages with strong UX and clear CTAs.
Own the performance funnel from impression → click → conversion.
Leverage tools like Google Analytics and Marketo to track metrics.
Present actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or performance content roles.
Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and social algorithms — including recent AI-driven ranking changes.
Proven track record of growing organic traffic and improving conversion rates.
Strong writing and editing skills — ability to create content that ranks and
