Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in the apparel, footwear, related retail industry
Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams across multiple locations
Extensive multi-store management experience in apparel, footwear, related industries
Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage expenses effectively
Strong ability to plan, execute, and analyze solutions to complex business challenges
Exceptional skills in interpreting data and driving performance through insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels
