Requirements

- Extensive multi-store management experience in apparel, footwear, related industries
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage expenses effectively
- Strong ability to plan, execute, and analyze solutions to complex business challenges
- Exceptional skills in interpreting data and driving performance through insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels
