Review customer deductions and thoroughly research and analyze why the deductions occurred within SLA.
Dispute invalid chargebacks with customers within SLA by compiling documentation and explaining why the charge is not valid.
Provide chargeback root cause analysis and trends to Compliance Analyst and Leadership.
Issue credit memos for valid chargebacks within SLA.
Partner with multi-functional teams such as, Distribution Centers, Customer Services, Compliance Analyst and Managers as needed to correct ongoing issues and implement best practices.
Review requirements & verify needed exemptions on existing accounts and ensure that needed processes are in place.
Create and maintain relationships with priority customers through remote and on-site engagement.
Requirements
3 years of related experience
High school diploma or equivalent education; Associate degree preferred
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Analytical and logical thinking
