About the role
- Act as a Senior People Analytics Analyst, contributing to the development and maturation of the area through strategic analysis of people data.
- Turn data into insights to support decision-making.
- Partner with the different People & Management teams, connecting data, analyses, and business context.
- Support leaders and specialists in interpreting metrics and in building data-driven solutions.
- Go beyond dashboard creation; involve analytical investigation, hypothesis formulation, and generation of recommendations for the HR team and the business.
- Develop and evolve strategic people management metrics such as turnover, time-to-hire, engagement, performance, and productivity;
- Conduct exploratory and statistical analyses to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement in people management processes and practices;
- Develop analytical, predictive, and prescriptive models applied to HR;
- Build and enhance dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring clarity, reliability, and usability of information;
- Structure, clean, and integrate datasets coming from different systems and sources;
- Support strategic HR projects through in-depth analyses and generation of insights for decision-making;
- Contribute to the organization and evolution of the HR metrics platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, technology, data-related fields, or similar;
- Solid experience with data analysis applied to business, preferably in People Analytics or HR metrics;
- Experience building and monitoring people management metrics;
- Proficiency in Power BI;
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and modeling;
- Knowledge of data analysis languages or tools (e.g., SQL, Python);
- Knowledge of statistics applied to business data;
- Ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights for different audiences;
- Experience with data storytelling and supporting decision-making.
- Experience structuring or advancing People Analytics initiatives;
- Experience in Business Intelligence or analytics projects applied to HR.
- Experience with process automation (RPA) or the use of Artificial Intelligence applied to data.
