About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex, large-scale campus climate transformation initiatives
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to CDI clients
  • Develop and adapt change and culture strategies
  • Guide campus leaders through impact analyses
  • Own the client relationship from initial engagement through delivery
  • Develop partner-facing communication strategies
  • Evolve and strengthen the consulting model
  • Review substantive content of consulting engagements
  • Conduct and oversee qualitative work
  • Partner with the Impact team to assess effectiveness of consulting work
  • Contribute to the Leadership Institute as a thought partner

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ Years of Experience in Organizational Change Management
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Advanced Strategic Thinking
  • Exceptional Communication and Facilitation Skills
  • Leadership and Relationship-Building Abilities
  • Tech Fluency
  • Advanced Degree: MS, MBA, PhD or equivalent
  • Willing to work East Coast hours
