About the role
- Review and process candidate applications using established screening criteria
- Attend weekly calibration meetings with hiring teams to ensure consistency and alignment
- Take concise notes during candidate debriefs and hiring discussions
- Prepare and organize recruiting materials, including documentation, scoring rubrics, and other assets
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to keep hiring processes efficient and well-documented
- Conducting 30-minute screening interviews with candidates (if prior hiring experience)
- Managing candidate scheduling and communication throughout the process
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting, operations, or administrative coordination
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple tasks
- Experience using applicant tracking tools or comfort learning new systems
