• End-to-End-Onboarding neuer Lieferanten vom Erstkontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live
• Gewinnen neuer Lieferanten und Begleitung durch den Onboarding-Prozess
• Beratung zu besten Anbindungsmethoden (z. B. API, E-Mail, SFTP)
• Eigenständiges Managen und Priorisieren mehrerer paralleler Onboardings
• Sicherstellen und Gewährleisten der Datenqualität von Lieferscheindaten
• Analyse und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen gemeinsam mit dem Enablement-Team
• Vermittler zwischen traditioneller Bauwirtschaft und der digitalen Plattform, Beitrag zum Produkterfolg

Product Manager

• Shape comstruct's product strategy as the company's first Product Manager
• Define and develop a clear product strategy and vision to guide the team and roadmap
• Identify and qualify new opportunities through comprehensive market and user research
• Process customer feedback and usage insights, linking them to potential new features
• Create detailed acceptance criteria for new features and prioritize tickets effectively
• Document product features thoroughly and facilitate clear communication between sales, tech, marketing, and customers
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to drive product vision and feature development
• Work hybrid from Munich office approximately 3 days a week for in-person collaboration
