About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define go-to-market strategies for launches of new products, features and improvements.
- Build positioning, messaging and narratives aligned with different customer profiles, segments and channels.
- Lead and execute product communications, both internal (Construct IN team) and external (customers and the market).
- Monitor squads' roadmaps and support launch planning.
- Collaborate with squad PMs on naming and pricing of features.
- Participate in product training and launches alongside PMs, and contribute to the creation of enablement materials.
- Connect Product with CS, Sales, Support and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and strategy.
- Plan and produce materials that support the commercial journey (proposals, guides, pre/post-demo content, emails, videos, etc.).
- Contribute to structuring the company's brand architecture and how the product is presented to the market (website, presentations, and institutional channels).
- Ensure all product materials are up to date and reflect product positioning and product evolution (website, presentations, etc.).
- Organize and improve customer communication processes and channels (email, WhatsApp, in-app notifications, etc.).
- Track competitors, trends and industry pain points to inform the company's strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in PMM or a related role (content marketing for B2B SaaS, Product, Growth, Sales Enablement, etc.)
- Reside in Porto Alegre or the surrounding area (office in São Leopoldo)
- Experience in technology companies and B2B SaaS
- Ability to translate features into clear, tangible value for customers
- Strong communication and writing skills, with a strategic mindset
- Willingness to learn, collaborate and grow together
