About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand business objectives, product strategy, and customer needs to propose aligned solutions;
- Work with a multidisciplinary team composed of Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers;
- Collaborate with the team in defining and tracking the roadmap;
- Participate in the full product cycle, from conception (understanding the problem, data collection, research, mapping the user journey, user interviews, and strategy definition) to execution (low- and high-fidelity prototyping, defining monitoring metrics, conducting usability tests, and reviewing the development of interfaces);
- Contribute to designing solutions for our mobile and web platforms, focusing on the user experience.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a consistent design system.
- Actively participate in product alignment and planning meetings, bringing your design perspective to discussions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year of prior experience working with digital product teams
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge to help the team grow;
- Ability to work in an organized manner, communicate effectively, and drive results;
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to apply them in practice;
- Experience using collaboration tools such as ClickUp and Notion;
- Proficiency in Figma;
- Enjoy working in a team, being easygoing and positive at work;
- Have materials (portfolio, presentations, etc.) that demonstrate your knowledge, your deliverables, and their impact.
