About the role
- Own the company’s strategic narrative, positioning, and messaging
- Ensure external communications support the company's business objectives in a geopolitical environment
- Define and maintain the company-wide messaging framework
- Translate geopolitical and defence policy developments into communication narratives
- Act as strategic communications partner to CEO, Gov Affairs, BD, and senior leadership
- Shape high-level PR strategy and media positioning
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic communications, brand, or public affairs
- Background in defence, aerospace, space, security policy, or government-facing industries
- Proven experience in B2G or institutional communications
- Excellent writing and narrative-building skills in English. Other European languages are a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills at the executive level
- High sensitivity to geopolitical, regulatory, and reputational risks
