About the role
- Own and execute marketing, communications, visual design, and technical content creation.
- Operationalise strategy into materials that support defence/government engagement, branding, and business development goals.
- Translate messaging frameworks into tangible content including website copy, brochures, and presentations.
- Lead social media, newsletter content, and press coordination.
- Create or manage visual design assets and manage external creative vendors/freelancers.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing and communications.
- Strong writing and content development skills in English.
- Comfortable with technical documentation and translating complex tech into accessible messaging.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Experience in B2G, defence, aerospace, or highly regulated industries.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with visual design processes or creative project management.
