About the role

  • Engage with customers to understand their technical needs, provide adequate data, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to design, develop, and test new products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in application engineering or product development within the metals industry.
  • Flexibility to travel to customers 50%+ of the time.
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and sales.
