About the role
- Assist users and technical referents with the applications for which they are responsible
- Serve as the point of contact for site business representatives regarding existing applications: gather user requirements, facilitate workshops, analyze and resolve issues, and specify enhancements
- Assist business representatives in implementing application IT projects
- Coordinate the internal network of technical referents and develop their application skills
- Plan and schedule application change requests with IT partners, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments
- Manage IT service providers within their area of responsibility: monitor performance using key indicators, control costs, and prioritize requests according to the defined budget
- Identify and evaluate improvement opportunities for the applications they manage
- Maintain consistency between all implemented IT solutions, the Group's strategic vision, and the functional needs of Constellium Issoire
Requirements
- Application and technical expertise: ERP, HRIS systems, local applications; development languages and tools — Oracle, SQL, Talend
- Strong functional and business domain knowledge
- Proficiency in English
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to specify business requirements and translate them into technical language
- Plan and manage application projects
