About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries: feasibility assessments and preparation of quotations
- Participate in market development activities and identify new profitable opportunities in sales processes and tools
- Record orders upon receipt and acknowledge them after verifying available production capacity
- Monitor clients' order books with the Supply Chain department
- Invoice orders to be shipped and coordinate shipping arrangements
- Ensure timely payment of invoices through proactive reminders
- Track disputes and delays
- Serve as the Customer/Quality interface in the event of complaints
- Maintain the interface with other company departments
Requirements
- Holder of a BTS in Negotiation and Digitalization of Customer Relations, a BTS in Management of Commercial Units, or another commercial/business qualification
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
- Able to work with multiple Account Managers at CONSTELLIUM
- Dynamic, rigorous, and organized
- Results-driven and committed to achieving assigned objectives
- Good people skills and attentive to stakeholders' needs
- Comfortable working independently in an international industrial environment
