About the role
- Ensure all typical HR processes — from hiring to offboarding, as well as general administrative tasks
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters
- Implement individual personnel measures
- Assist in executing HR strategies
- Proactively contribute to the continuous review, standardization and optimization of HR processes and policies
- Participate in HR-related projects, some of which are cross-site
Requirements
- Degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing/industrial company
- Good knowledge of labor law; experience with the metalworkers’ collective agreement (Tarifvertrag) is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation and communication skills
- Enjoy working collaboratively across teams while demonstrating high levels of personal responsibility, initiative and commitment
- Good command of English
