• Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and financially controlling offshore engineering projects.
• Create the project's WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) based on detailed scope and supplement it with budgeted values.
• Approve all commitments made by the project team, ensuring correct scope allocation and adherence to budget limits.
• Prepare actual vs. budget and financial progress reports for periodic communication of the project's financial status to all stakeholders.
• Monitor and control the project throughout its entire lifecycle until final closure.
