Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provide support to the Financial Planning area, particularly for the activities listed below:
• Assist in preparing the company's annual budget;
• Assist in the analysis of Actual vs. Budget, proactively engaging with other departments to obtain and document explanations for variances;
• Assist in preparing the quarterly budget revisions (forecast);
• Assist in preparing management reports and presentations;
• Conduct project feasibility studies.

Budget Intern

• Participate in the area's Recruitment & Selection and Training & Development processes, supporting the team as needed to execute them
• Review resumes/CVs and assess fit with open positions
• Reach out to candidates, providing information about the selection process
• Conduct interviews with candidates applying for internship, administrative assistant, trainee, or junior analyst positions
• Post job openings following the predefined format
• Administer technical tests, psychological and behavioral assessments, and submit interview reports to hiring managers for internship, administrative assistant, trainee, or junior analyst positions
• Prepare vacancy tracking reports under supervision
• Carry out pre-employment procedures (medical exams, preparation of personnel offers, access requests, collection of documents, etc.)
• Guide employees through the completion of termination forms
• Support new hire onboarding, arrange required materials, and manage the stock of the onboarding kit
• Process entries and payments related to HR when necessary, ensuring deadlines are met with vendors
• Enroll employees in contracted training programs
• Support the organization of corporate and role-specific development trainings, handling necessary logistical processes
• Consolidate training feedback and reaction evaluation results
