About the role
- Assist with preparation of state indirect tax filings such as direct to consumer excise tax reporting and sales & use tax filings
- Assist with state audits
- Perform T&E and P-card audits according to company policies
- Assist with documentation of procedures and controls
- Draft journal entries
- Assist with Compliance system administration support
- Review customer financial statements to establish credit
- Assist with customer data management
- Provide support and assistance to the Pricing & Compliance Team
- Maintain confidential information for the Pricing & Compliance Team
- Assist in Special Projects for the Pricing & Compliance Team
Requirements
- Undergraduate major in Accounting, Business or Finance (preference: candidate completed three years of undergraduate studies)
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Proficiency with personal computers and associated word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software
- Excellent communication skills required (both verbal and written)
