About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with the platform team to improve processes and efficiencies, and define a well-lit path for development across the company.
- Educate and work with broader engineering teams to uplift productivity based on well-lit path.
- Improve our capabilities in testing, CI/CD, infrastructure, resource management.
- Improve our capabilities in observability through facilitating the improvement of our alerting, logging, and monitoring.
- Facilitate the integration or rationalization of vendor services (external dev productivity tooling, third-party services etc).
- Advocate for code quality and build on a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Platform engineering/DevOps best practices.
- Strong technical background with experience enabling platform tooling.
- Strong teamwork skills that foster productive relationships, adding to the company culture.
- Write clean, maintainable code and ensure code reviews and best practices are followed.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and educate engineers.
- Experience in AWS and/or multi-tenant SaaS preferred.
