About the role

  • Support and maintenance of the existing SAP HCM system
  • Customizing as well as implementation of new features, including design, documentation and support
  • Planning and execution of SAP projects
  • Consulting and support for end users in day-to-day operations in the areas of time management and payroll
  • Point of contact for business units and external partners

Requirements

  • Good knowledge and experience in customizing the SAP HCM module with a focus on HCM-PT and HCM-PY
  • Solid interface knowledge with other SAP modules
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors, ABAP and form technologies desirable
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation as well as enjoyment of working in a team
  • Good German skills and ideally good English skills
