About the role

  • Deliver Creatio solutions using low-code/no-code tools and custom development.
  • Design workflows, dashboards, roles, and UI components.
  • Build and maintain business logic, integrations, and modules (.NET, JavaScript, SQL).
  • Gather and analyze requirements to create scalable CRM solutions.
  • Support integrations with ERP, middleware, and APIs.
  • Conduct audits, monitor data quality, and assist with upgrades and testing.
  • Write and execute unit and end-to-end tests.
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to architecture design.
  • Provide user training and promote feature adoption.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with vendors and partners.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' of proven experience in similiar role as a technical consultant/developer.
  • Deep understanding of CRM platform architecture, frameworks, and customization capabilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Angular, solid SQL and relational database skills.
  • Experience with low-code tools and integration methods (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience in implementing and support of integrations between CRM and another systems, e.g. ERP or data warehouse.
  • Experience with conducted system audits, monitored data quality, and managed platform upgrades, technical documentation such as configuration guides and process flows.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and testing strategies.
  • Collaborated with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
