About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with cross-functional Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to lead measurable, well-instrumented growth initiatives aligned with enterprise objectives
  • Investigate metric changes to identify technical bugs, UX friction, and trust barriers, then translate findings into product-strategy narratives
  • Design and standardize analytical frameworks for evaluating product growth and user behavior
  • Lead A/B experimentation from power analysis and hypothesis design through causal inference and rollout
  • Analyze feature impacts on user segments, behavior, retention, and Lifetime Value
  • Partner with FP&A to validate growth forecasts and connect product outcomes to revenue, LTV, and segment-level P&L impact
  • Model analytical best practices, AI-enhanced workflows, data storytelling, and statistical rigor
  • Own analytical initiatives end-to-end, gathering requirements, defining key metrics, and coordinating with Data Science and BI to deliver solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in a highly quantitative analytical role, ideally in B2B or B2C SaaS or subscription businesses
  • Expert-level SQL
  • Strong product analytics experience with GA4, Amplitude, or similar tools
  • A/B testing experience with Optimizely, Statsig, or similar tools
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
  • Experience collaborating via version control, including GitHub
  • Experience using AI workflow tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
  • Solid understanding of p-values, confidence intervals, and causal inference
  • Proficiency with Python
  • Proficiency with dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI is recommended
  • Ability to translate complex statistical analysis and analytical frameworks into high-impact narratives for senior and executive leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in analytics, business, math, statistics, economics, or computer science
  • Master’s degree is a plus
