About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive and Track strategic initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external teams to drive and track strategic initiatives, strategic partnership activities, and M&A efforts. Proactively identify, surface, and escalate initiative risks and blockers to leadership
- Build Business Cases: Collaborate with Finance and business owners to align on pilot programs, success metrics (revenue, efficiency, cycle-time), and track ROI
- Lead Multidisciplinary Execution: Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools directly into existing operating models, legacy software, and workflows
- Process improvement: partner with business owners to update workflows to leverage AI capabilities
- Value-Led Prioritization: Partner with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact initiatives
- Build Business Cases: Collaborate with Finance and business owners to develop pilot programs, define concrete success metrics (revenue, efficiency, cycle-time), and track ROI
- Support M&A Integration: Coordinate post-merger integration workstreams across functions, maintain integration trackers, track progress against deal thesis, and surface risks to leadership.
- Develop executive presentation: Prepare presentations, executive briefs, and fact packs for executive and BoD updates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Corporate Strategy Execution or strategic consulting role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or MarTech environment
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Proven ability to develop executive and board presentations
- Proven experience with market research and competitive analysis, with ability to distill quantitative and qualitative data into relevant insights.
- Exceptional proficiency in synthesizing complex information with acute attention to detail.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Exceptional ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong time management skills with ability to adapt with rapidly changing priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (GSuite). Think-Cell experience is preferred.
