Key responsibilities & impact

Drive and Track strategic initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external teams to drive and track strategic initiatives, strategic partnership activities, and M&A efforts. Proactively identify, surface, and escalate initiative risks and blockers to leadership
Build Business Cases: Collaborate with Finance and business owners to align on pilot programs, success metrics (revenue, efficiency, cycle-time), and track ROI
Lead Multidisciplinary Execution: Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools directly into existing operating models, legacy software, and workflows
Process improvement: partner with business owners to update workflows to leverage AI capabilities
Value-Led Prioritization: Partner with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact initiatives
Build Business Cases: Collaborate with Finance and business owners to develop pilot programs, define concrete success metrics (revenue, efficiency, cycle-time), and track ROI
Support M&A Integration: Coordinate post-merger integration workstreams across functions, maintain integration trackers, track progress against deal thesis, and surface risks to leadership.
Develop executive presentation: Prepare presentations, executive briefs, and fact packs for executive and BoD updates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of relevant experience in a Corporate Strategy Execution or strategic consulting role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or MarTech environment
Proven ability to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives
Proven ability to develop executive and board presentations
Proven experience with market research and competitive analysis, with ability to distill quantitative and qualitative data into relevant insights.
Exceptional proficiency in synthesizing complex information with acute attention to detail.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Exceptional ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong time management skills with ability to adapt with rapidly changing priorities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (GSuite). Think-Cell experience is preferred.
