About the role
- Own the site marketing strategy and roadmap for upper-funnel experiences across homepage, landers, navigation, and SEO-driven content
- Partner with Media, SEO, and agency partners to align site experiences with traffic acquisition goals
- Execute and optimize through our CMS, collaborating with Site Operations and Creative teams
- Implement A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement and visitor-to-trial conversion
- Ensure social proof, value messaging, and content modules are surfaced effectively to prospective customers
- Champion a data-driven, mobile-first approach to site marketing
- Partner with Growth and Product Marketing to ensure messaging consistency across channels and stays on brand.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, site marketing, or ecommerce roles
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in site conversion through CMS and marketing optimization
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and their interplay with site experiences
- Experience managing site merchandising and content optimization at scale
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into site execution
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional management skills
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, testing tools, and analytics systems a plus
