Requirements
- California-licensed attorney
- 5+ years of experience
- Significant experience in labor and employment law
- Experience drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
- Experience drafting and arguing motions
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
