About the role
- Development of creative event and presentation concepts
- Designing, planning and budgeting events of all kinds for up to 3,000 attendees
- Coordination and allocation of the approximately 100 rooms in the in-house conference center
- Coordination and management of internal and external service providers
- Office administration and event billing
Requirements
- You have experience in event management, preferably in a similar role
- You act as the central point of contact for our client and other external service providers
- You have very good German and English skills
- You have experience with common booking software; experience with the planning tool "PEP-Event" is a plus but not required
- You are organized and able to integrate into a team while also working independently
