About the role
- Development of creative event and presentation concepts
- Conceptualization, planning and budgeting of events of all types for up to 3,000 attendees
- Coordination and allocation of approximately 100 rooms in the in-house conference center
- Coordination and management of internal and external service providers
- Office organization and settlement of event accounts
Requirements
- Service-oriented professional at heart
- Experience in event management, preferably in a similar position
- Act as the central point of contact for our client and other external service providers
- Very good German and English skills
- Open manner and confident appearance
- Experience with common booking software; experience with the planning tool "PEP-Event" is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to integrate into a team as well as work independently
