About the role

  • Development of creative event and presentation concepts
  • Conceptualization, planning and budgeting of events of all types for up to 3,000 attendees
  • Coordination and allocation of approximately 100 rooms in the in-house conference center
  • Coordination and management of internal and external service providers
  • Office organization and settlement of event accounts

Requirements

  • Service-oriented professional at heart
  • Experience in event management, preferably in a similar position
  • Act as the central point of contact for our client and other external service providers
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Open manner and confident appearance
  • Experience with common booking software; experience with the planning tool "PEP-Event" is a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to integrate into a team as well as work independently
