About the role

  • Responsible for the strategy and performance of our audiovisual technical ecosystem
  • Define and drive the technical strategy for broadcast infrastructures
  • Design production, transmission and distribution architectures
  • Lead technical transformation and modernization programs
  • Anticipate technological developments in the audiovisual sector
  • Make technical trade-offs and investment decisions
  • Lead large-scale projects in coordination with business and IT teams
  • Ensure availability and continuity of TV and radio services
  • Ensure the reliability of critical broadcast and transport systems
  • Implement and monitor performance and quality-of-service indicators
  • Manage technical teams (engineering, integration, support) — approximately 60 people
  • Manage partners, vendors and integrators

Requirements

  • At least 10 years' experience in demanding broadcast technical environments
  • TV and radio broadcast infrastructures
  • Broadcast transmission, contribution and distribution systems
  • Production and broadcast control room environments
  • Broadcasting standards and best practices
  • Experience leading technical transformation programs
  • Budget management and investment decision-making
