About the role

  • Ensure reliable and secure data exchanges between internal systems and external partners
  • Assist in testing new connections and message/file flows with technical teams
  • Handle client communication (calls, emails, incident acknowledgment)
  • Monitor daily message and file flows and detect failures or delays
  • Investigate incidents through logs, alerts, and tools
  • Resolve issues or escalate to relevant teams when necessary
  • Maintain documentation and update procedures

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support within a connectivity or middleware environment
  • Experience in operational support, troubleshooting, and coordination across multiple teams
  • Experience with file transfer and connectivity (PeSIT, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS)
  • Middleware (Axway CFT, Axway Secure Transport, IBM MQ, APIs)
  • Data encryption (PGP, GPG) and channel encryption (TLS, SSH)
  • Network fundamentals (topologies, firewalls, IP ranges, leased lines)
  • Monitoring and ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow or similar)
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Client-oriented mindset
  • Must be fluent in English and French
