About the role
- Responsibility for overall management of one or more managed services contracts
- Oversee and coordinate RUN activities: Service Desk, SDP, network & systems engineering
- Supervise 30 to 50 employees (internal & external)
- Produce reports and ensure a trusted client relationship
- Monitor and control the budget, anticipate financial risks and propose action plans
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in complex, service-oriented managed environments
- Management of managed services contracts
- Leadership of technical teams (30 to 50 employees)
- Client governance & facilitation of governance bodies
- ITIL processes, crisis management, budget control
- RUN environments, networks & systems, service continuity
