About the role

  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, evolution, and reliability of the Data Loss Prevention platform
  • Support internal users and strengthen data security across the organization
  • Define, create, test, and validate DLP policies in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for DLP rule implementation
  • Lead functional and operational improvements across the DLP platform
  • Manage the lifecycle of platform evolutions and contribute to larger change projects
  • Analyze and manage DLP-related incidents, ensuring timely and accurate handling
  • Provide second-level support to internal users
  • Manage user roles and access rights within the DLP console
  • Review and update policies, access controls, and procedures annually
  • Identify platform-related problems and drive corrective actions
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal clients and ensure high-quality communication

Requirements

  • Experience in demanding IT security or IT production environments
  • Solid understanding of information systems architecture (networks, servers, applications)
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management principles (incident, problem, change management)
  • Experience supporting or administering IT security infrastructures
  • Good understanding of firewalls, proxies, servers, and databases
  • Strong analytical skills for incident investigation and root-cause analysis
  • Language Skills : English - C1 French - C1
