About the role

  • Support business enablement and decision-making by analysing complex datasets and translating data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Focus on Power BI, Tableau and Excel-based analysis, benchmarking, and survey data.
  • Analyse large and complex datasets (primarily Excel-based) to identify trends, insights, and gaps.
  • Translate data into clear, business-friendly findings for stakeholders.
  • Research external benchmarks, market practices, and survey data sources.
  • Support pay benchmarking, gender pay gap analysis, and equal pay audits.
  • Build clear charts, tables, and visual summaries for reports and presentations using Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Coordinate survey data collection, validation, cleansing, and analysis.
  • Identify trends and insights from survey results and support survey improvements.
  • Support consultants on data-driven projects and presentations.
  • Independently manage smaller benchmarking and analytics projects.
  • Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and timely delivery of outputs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or benchmarking roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau and MS Excel, (data manipulation, formulas, analysis).
  • Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools.
  • Exposure to survey data, compensation, rewards, or HR analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics or predictive analytics.
  • Relevant analytics certifications.
