About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

In collaboration with the SSP Project Manager team, Oversee and project manage SSP team (Design, VM and Construction) workflow and resources for all projects from start to finish ensuring effective deadlines and capacity management for seamless collaboration.
Successfully maintain the workflow process tools for the SSP team, enhancing structure, planning and transparency for all projects. Including the training of all tools for SSP team members
Implement Sprint and squad team projects for SSP ensuring both the effectiveness of this and the founding principles.
Collaborate with other teams to integrate workflows, handle specific requests, and prioritize multiple SSP tasks.
Creation & management of spreadsheets, project costing templates, folders and team documents in collaboration with the Global SSP PM team
Document projects, maintain a collaborative calendar, and promptly resolve any issues.
Along with the leadership team prioritize relationship strengthening with Retail and key departments for improved working practices.
Proactively participate and collaborate in strategy planning meetings with the leadership team to ensure successful planning, resourcing and execution of projects.
Undertake regular check-ins with team members as it pertains to workload and capacity, projects are allocated effectively and deadlines are being maintained.
Partner with SSP leaders to identify development and growth opportunities and find solutions while implementing strategy direction.
Continuously assess and improve SSP team processes and tools, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Complete SSP team Admin as needed
Shared management and leading of various team meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years’ of experience in Planning / Operations and Project Management, preferably in a retail industry, an equivalent combination of both relevant education and experience
Proven understanding of project management principles
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead project teams
Strong business and finance acumen with a talent for analyzing situations and making informed decisions and recommendations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally on occasion
Proven wizard skills in spreadsheets, formulas and costing templates.
