About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain program, design, and construction schedules.
Coordinate and gather project status information from Project Managers to update program level schedule; prepare reports; cost and resource loading; identify and record project changes, trends, risks, and opportunities.
Review Program level schedule and create summary cashflow report
Track changes, trends, and risks
Support, monitor, and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs
Tracking and reporting of project progress and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Bachelor’s in finance or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience on project controls and cost management
Hands-on expertise in using project management tools such as MS Project, etc
Experience working with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) Portfolio Management
Expertise in MS Excel and SharePoint.
Knowledge of data analytical tools like Microsoft Dynamics Database, Power BI, Tableau preferred
Proven abilities to work with cultural and emotional intelligence, to improve team engagement.
Possess exceptional communication, presentation & interpersonal skills with proficiency at grasping new concepts quickly and utilizing the same productively.
Performs other duties as assigned.
