About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain project, program and construction schedules in Primavera P6.
Coordinate with Stakeholders to develop project phasing, update project and program schedules.
Perform scheduling and/or other controls functions on management of large and multipackage construction projects
Perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports
Perform cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports
Identify project changes, trends, and risks
Review and analyze contractors’ baseline, progress update and time impact analysis submittals
Prepare schedule reports for management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or other relevant fields is required
Industry certifications (e.g. PSP, PMI-SP) preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling/project controls in fields such as transportation, aviation, or vertical construction projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Schedule Analyzer Pro, or Acumen
