About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain project, program and construction schedules in Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders to develop project phasing, update project and program schedules.
- Perform scheduling and/or other controls functions on management of large and multipackage construction projects
- Perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports
- Perform cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports
- Identify project changes, trends, and risks
- Review and analyze contractors’ baseline, progress update and time impact analysis submittals
- Prepare schedule reports for management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or other relevant fields is required
- Industry certifications (e.g. PSP, PMI-SP) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling/project controls in fields such as transportation, aviation, or vertical construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Schedule Analyzer Pro, or Acumen
