About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Senior Program Manager for our Federal group is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve the successful completion of a portfolio of client projects.
  • They will supervise, direct, and coordinate design and project management including direct liaison with the owner, designers, and contractors regarding cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contract administration.
  • They will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and participating in business development activities as required.
  • Will be an expert in the field of project management, plans, manages, and overseeing significant projects and may supervise the work of subordinate PMs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years related experience, including 5 years managing other PMs and acting as the project lead
  • 5+ years managing projects for federal government agencies (GSA, US ACE, DOE, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field is preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to client sites within the continental US for site inspections and project oversight, including overnight travel.
