About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Senior Program Manager for our Federal group is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve the successful completion of a portfolio of client projects.
They will supervise, direct, and coordinate design and project management including direct liaison with the owner, designers, and contractors regarding cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contract administration.
They will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and participating in business development activities as required.
Will be an expert in the field of project management, plans, manages, and overseeing significant projects and may supervise the work of subordinate PMs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years related experience, including 5 years managing other PMs and acting as the project lead
5+ years managing projects for federal government agencies (GSA, US ACE, DOE, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field is preferred
Willingness and ability to travel frequently to client sites within the continental US for site inspections and project oversight, including overnight travel.
