About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As Product Manager, you are responsible for the strategic and functional development of our Depot Management solutions and ensure customer requirements are translated into successful products.
Responsible for product strategy and the full product lifecycle in the area of Depot Management
Analyze market requirements, customer feedback and operational processes to further develop the product portfolio
Elicit, structure and prioritize requirements and translate them into actionable product concepts
Develop business cases, decision documents and strategic recommendations for senior management
Identify and assess opportunities to apply AI-powered features and automation solutions
Work closely with development teams to implement new product requirements and innovations
Further develop product positioning and support go-to-market activities
Analyze potential partnerships and represent the company to customers and at industry events
Gather and evaluate real operational requirements from depot operations, dispatch, workshop and charging infrastructure
Ensure high operational usability of the solutions for 24/7 operation of critical infrastructure

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in product management of software solutions
Experience in transport operators, mobility systems or operational software platforms
Understanding of depot processes, vehicle control or comparable operational workflows is an advantage
Experience with complex and integrated system landscapes
Ability to analyze and structure complex requirements and translate them into concrete solutions
Initial practical experience or demonstrable interest in the application of AI/ML-based technologies in the product environment
Understanding of AI’s potential to optimize operational processes and data-driven decision-making
Strong communication skills and confident presence with customers and stakeholders
Structured and analytical working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
Business-fluent German and English
