About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As Product Manager, you are responsible for the strategic and functional development of our Depot Management solutions and ensure customer requirements are translated into successful products.
- Responsible for product strategy and the full product lifecycle in the area of Depot Management
- Analyze market requirements, customer feedback and operational processes to further develop the product portfolio
- Elicit, structure and prioritize requirements and translate them into actionable product concepts
- Develop business cases, decision documents and strategic recommendations for senior management
- Identify and assess opportunities to apply AI-powered features and automation solutions
- Work closely with development teams to implement new product requirements and innovations
- Further develop product positioning and support go-to-market activities
- Analyze potential partnerships and represent the company to customers and at industry events
- Gather and evaluate real operational requirements from depot operations, dispatch, workshop and charging infrastructure
- Ensure high operational usability of the solutions for 24/7 operation of critical infrastructure
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management of software solutions
- Experience in transport operators, mobility systems or operational software platforms
- Understanding of depot processes, vehicle control or comparable operational workflows is an advantage
- Experience with complex and integrated system landscapes
- Ability to analyze and structure complex requirements and translate them into concrete solutions
- Initial practical experience or demonstrable interest in the application of AI/ML-based technologies in the product environment
- Understanding of AI’s potential to optimize operational processes and data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication skills and confident presence with customers and stakeholders
- Structured and analytical working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Business-fluent German and English
