Area Sales Manager, Tyrol & Vorarlberg

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- In this role you will take responsibility for an existing customer base, develop new business opportunities and actively help shape the further development of a leading energy services provider. Specifically:
- Existing account development: Managing and strategically developing existing key accounts such as property management companies, housing cooperatives and developers
- New customer acquisition: Identifying market potential and securing new customers through your network and targeted outreach
- Relationship management: Building long-term, trust-based customer relationships and strengthening the company’s market position in western Austria
- Implementing sales strategy: Operational execution of regional sales objectives and driving sustainable growth
- Consulting: Providing technical and commercial advice on solutions in the areas of energy, building technology and services
- Proposal development: Analyzing customer needs and preparing tailored proposals
- Stakeholder coordination: Acting as the central contact for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical or business-related qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or key account management in field sales
- Experience in building services (HVAC/plumbing) or in the energy sector
- Existing network in areas such as property managers, developers or installers is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of common tools such as CRM systems and MS 365 (Microsoft 365)
- Business-fluent German (negotiation-level)
- Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel 3–4 days per week within Tyrol & Vorarlberg
- Proven strength in new customer acquisition and in building sustainable customer relationships
- Enthusiasm for digitalization and energy efficiency
