About the role

  • Manage customers end-to-end: You are responsible for onboarding, forecast delivery, adoption and renewal readiness for your DACH customers.
  • Lead forecast discussions: You translate models into clear language — what is happening, why, and what needs to be done.
  • Moderate customer calls: You run meetings in German and English, set agendas, drive decisions and create clarity.
  • Represent the customer perspective internally: You ensure requests and issues reach Product, Data Science and Engineering.
  • Ensure and communicate quality: You review forecasts, prepare executive briefs and identify edge cases.
  • Make success measurable: You define KPIs, target states and implementation outcomes with customers.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and strong English skills
  • 3+ years of experience: Whether in Customer Success, Consulting, RevOps or Analytics — you have customer-facing experience.
  • Able to explain forecasting logic: You don't have to be a data scientist, but you can explain concepts like uncertainty and ‘why is this happening?’.
  • Stakeholder management: You keep the threads together between decision-makers and operational teams and drive progress.
  • A mix of analytical curiosity, empathy and clear communication.
  • Nice to have: Industry or supply-chain background is desirable — experience with complex, technical B2B products is a plus.
  • Initial experience with forecasting products or analytics tools: You have worked with dashboards, BI tools or Excel/Sheets.
  • SQL or BI knowledge is a plus: Not required but helpful for deep dives.
